Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once received, a refund will be issued.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged due to a hole in the fabric or discoloration, the item may be eligible for a refund. Please email pictures to brianna@brightsidethreads.com and provide an explanation of the issue. Damage caused by a postal service in transit will not be considered for a refund. Please reach out to the post office if this is the type of damage you have.
Clearance items are all final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges may be considered (if applicable), and an additional shipping fee charged.
